We have a customer that paid with Paypal standard. We owed the customer a credit from their previous order and gave the credit to the customer from within Paypal. Inadvertantly, the Refund button rather than Partial Refund was selected. So the Refunded amount equals the Order Total.
The order was marked shipped and delivered. The order status still shows as Processing. How can we change it to COMPLETE?
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks
