Hi everyone! The store is working great but I have one problem.
When a customer is ready to purchase and they click on payment Information & click on it - the next page says
Redirect to PayPal. I get a lot of people backing out and abandoning their carts because they don't want to use PayPal. If they keep clicking they will find they have a choice & can pay with a debit or credit card but I'm losing customers before they get there.
Is there a way where it says to click Redirect to Paypal I can show photos of charge cards as well so they know to keep clicking.
I put a notice on the front page but it's not working.
