Is there a way to remove American Express from payment option?

I do not want to take payments with American Express cards. They charge the merchant too much.  Is there a way to remove it in the shopping cart page?
I need help. I subscribed to the premium support and paid for it. My webpage is www.texasartmart.com    The shopping cart is still not working. It works on some products and others it will not add to the shopping cart.

Currently, the only way is to modify the plugin (code).
