How do you Change the Category names!

What if I don't want what the templates has, and I want to change the names of the categories. How do I do that?

In your admin screen, you can go to Catalog drop down menu and select Categories.

From there you will see a list of top level categories. You can click on any of these to change the properties (including the name.)  If you have nested categories, click the + sign to expand and then you can click on any of those categories.

You can also delete existing categories or add new ones from this screen.
