How to sell online from Canada to USA

Hi.

We have started our online store (www.azulime.ca) some weeks ago and it starts to have traffic then we're really optimistic.
Thanks for all the NOPCOMMERCE team for your excellent job creating this performing and easy to use application.

My question is: We are based in Canada (British Columbia) and our friend Google Analytics is showing an increasing traffic from the USA, then can some of you tell us what we need, legally speaking to be allowed to sell online to USA.

We have all legal required documentation in Canada (TPS-Taxes, Importation and Exportation register).
