PayPal is active but not showing as a payment option

Hi there, I have activated PayPal express as a payment option, it is Active in the back end, however, when i go to purchase something on our site, i am not getting it as an option of payment, just the original credit card we have already set .

Am i missing something? is there another place where i should adjust or enable so PayPal will show up as a payment option?

I think PayPal Express is a "button" payment method (like Google Checkout).  It will appear on the cart page, not in the payment page.  Use PayPal Standard for the latter.

Money is not being transferred into my paypal account when I am paying?.  I'm testing out my site using my own credit card and buying a product but the money is not being put in my paypal and not being charged on my credit card.  Though the site says that my order has been processed.  I dont know why it is doing this I have also setup a Paypal Standard Account.
If anyone could help that would be great.

Make sure "Use Sandbox" is not checked in PayPal configure page.

Ok, i used standard and its active, my standard payment has PDT turned off, is this necessary for PayPal to work with nopCommerce? because no matter what i do , i can not see the option to pay with PayPal when i check out. So is there something else that i am missing from doing...meaning, do i need to do anything else beside turning active paypal standard with my account configuration?
