Make all classes in the libraries partial

Hi!

It would be nice to have all the classes in the libraries made partial. That way it will be easier to extend the built in classes in seperate files and the upgrade between the versions will be easier as we don't need to move our code to the new nopCommerce file as it already is in its own file.

All classes are already partial. What version of nopCommerce are you using?

We are using 1.3. We haven't upgraded to the latest version yet and I haven't look into the code either.

You may delete this "feedback" if it is already implemented.
