I downloaded an excel export of customers from nopc3.0 but it shows up the email addresses as encrypted values, is that by any reason or how do I decrypt it?
Kindly let me know is it just my system or is that a bug in nopc3.0

Only passwords are encrypted. Check in admin demo. Here is an export sample:
