Can't upload sampledata to sql database

Hi

I can't upload sampledata sql file to ms sql database on godaddy. I get this error message when using query analyser and trying to execute file:
Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerTimeoutException: The server request timed out

Any ideas?
