7.20% discount sitewide

Hi All,

We're in the process of upgrading from 1.9 to 3.00. I ran all upgrade scripts and everything seems fine except for one main issue.

Every one of our products has a 7.20% discount applied to it and we cannot figure out why.

Has anyone else come across this or have any idea how to fix?

Check your currencies  http://admin-demo.nopcommerce.com/Admin/Currency/List

The primary should have a Rate of 1, and the others should be relative to the primary.

It seems as though its related to my tax settings.

I need to do some more digging around, but thanks for the reply!
