With the multiple store function can I have a different theme for each store?
Example. I want to add a wedding planner store (own url/theme) and a jewelry store (own url/theme) and flower store (own url/theme).
..... and each one to have their own theme.
I am thinking that is a given, but huge difference in my planning if it's not.
Also, if I can do that, what will the url be in the address bar?
Also, what effects does that have on search engine marketing?

Yes, you define it in admin>configuration>settings>general settings. Each store has its own domain/url too.
