We're glad to finally announce the release of NopAdmin 3.10 today after an extensive re-architecture of the way products are handled in NopAdmin. With the welcome and improved product management methods in nopCommerce 3.10, it caused us a lot of work because product management is a core piece of NopAdmin. However, we took this chance to add in some requested features in NopAdmin 3.10:
Security
NopAdmin 3.10 introduces a login screen to allow only users set up as nopCommerce administrators to access the store data. Login authenticates using the nopC User Name (if enabled) or email address and password. (i.e. [email protected] and admin)
Coming soon will be store owner logins with product and category restricted views to their data only.
Product Quick Entry
We developed a product quick entry screen that allows you full product management as well as image assignment, category assignment via checkboxes in a tree view, attribute value entry, and specification value entry on one screen.
Improved Speed
While we were in there we refactored some code and changed some controls to increase performance, particularly in the Excel Product Import area.
Improved Group Attribute Management
There was a good opportunity to clean up some not needed grids and make it easier to use, so we did.
