nopTools has released Shipping Director 1.11 for NopCommerce 3.10
You can download it from the Download Trial link on its product page on www.noptools.com.

I'll be blogging about it shortly, but if you're referencing the existing blogs, remember that nopCommerce 3.10 no longer has ProductVariant. All the properties were moved up to the Product level (e.g. Weight, Height, AdditionalShippingCharge, etc.). So, be sure to adjust any expressions you see in blog entries - e.g. ProductVariant.Product.Weight should now be Product.Weight, ProductVariant.AdditionalShippingCharge should be Product.AdditionalShippingCharge .
