Extended customer list plugin

the linked plugin extend the search options on admin customer list page

Add active / not active / show deleted  filter.
add external / internal registration filter.

add a facebook image and link to facebook page for registered facebook customers

The config should not be there and was removed.
The link to the page is a submenu at the plugin menu item at admin menu bar

that is why I forked this:
https://www.nopcommerce.com/boards/t/25395/fork-extend-iadminmenuplugin.aspx
to be able to add menu item to the admin menu bar

Thanks for the fork. But all custom menus should be added as subtems to the "Plugins" root menu item. You can add your menu item to the "Plugins" too. There's no real need to put it as the root menu item
