Has anyone had a chance to try out the JQuery mobile support for the older versions yet - a credit to this plugin was that adding support was relatively straight forward, the concept of the plugin was migrated from an Mvc Cms written for previous clients and developed and refined over a period of nearly 8 years. There is even a way that the JQuery mobile support can be added back into nopCommerce for the newer versions (or even a different mobile library for those not to happy with responsive), specifically using the Content Management Plugin - if there is demand for this it will be added on the next release (2-3 months when nopCommerce 3.80 is available). We're working on the theme manager and the ability to completely cms the admin section and menus, so could do the extra mobile work at the same time (mobile admin?) - the plugin itself is a very flexible and powerful system that is extended with more modules and extends nopCommerce in ways much more than just adding a page with content - sometimes the impossible becomes possible :-)

further modules which will also become available soon include the database manager, which is a mini Sql Management Suite of sorts, and allows the front store access to parts of the database previous inaccessible, that can be rendered as widgets in the razor pages. The modular list system allows you to create a list of anything with any dimension (a 3d spreadsheet), and gives you an admin editor automatically - you can import a csv, choose a template (customize it) and see it in the store instantly, and add items to the list using a form in the back end, without having to create any view or form, it's all automatic.

The Umbracco Macro Partials are similar to the The Content Managements Modular Lists - it's quite likely that we will make them code compatible, i.e. copy and paste chunks of an Umbracco site into a nopCommerce site - Our intention is not to complete an Umbracco integration, but to extend the possibilities of the plugin. A library of free material (snippets) will be available on the www.nopcontent.com website.

The final goal is full drag'n'drop - any widget anywhere...
