SQL Server 2012 identity problem (huge gaps after restarting server)

Hi, I am also having this issue, for us not too clude up on their SQL skills :), are you saying that we should just run that sql statement mentioned above? or do we have to run it for multiple tables? If not already please can you give us a working sample to fix like for the orders table? or customers table?

I also have this problem with order ID numbers. I am not to swift on SQL code am not sure what would need to be done.
