Suggestion - Nested Topics

Hi,

I'm evaluating your product and it has impressed me in some ways (great work!). However, there is a thing I really miss. It does not seem possible to create nested topics. I think it will be great if nopcommerce can have categories for topics just like products have. You can have templates to show nested topics when you click on a topic.

Also, it will be very interesting to be able to show some topics in the categories of the products.

Also the possibility to Lock topics or forums.
For example information where you do not want the user to react on.
