Site "crashed"...please help...

My site is down, was in the final completion of the config settings when this occured.  My host has told me that there is a problem with the connection string.  I have no way of correcting this.  

I also would like the 2checkout plug in installed.  

Please someone, lmk if you would be interested in doing this and what you will charge.
