Just to let anybody know, I resolved this issue by turning on the Web Deploy function in Arvixe Control Panel and using the Web Deploy publishing profile created by Arvixe.
In Visual Studio 2013 I used the Web Deploy type and imported the publishing profile from Arvixe.
No errors and it is a lot faster than FTP.

I had same problem, when I downloaded new sources and build in debug mode - it was ok. But when I rebuild in release mode I got same errors.
This solved my problem.
1. download zip sources
2. extract
3. again zip/rar files
4. unzip again
The problem was that dlls was blocked. You can do manual unblock as is mentioned above but it take some time ;).
