What type of database server can be use

Hi! Can I use MYSQL for database or it have to be SQL Server ?

The requirements say it has to be MS SQL Server, but if you have strong programming skills and a good amount of time, you could probably convert it to MySql. But the easiest and fastest way would be MS SQL Server.
