i will move one of my partner web site from php to asp.net nopcommerce because of mssql database with financial software connection and web site has daily hit around 40.000 and we have 24.000 saved products,120 category and around 20.000 registered users.
mssql server standart edition will be , we have dedicated server already but for the nop 3.20 8gb memory and 4x2.4ghz cpu is enough ?
max 200 users work online in site .
40.000 daily hit dedicated server 8gb memory enough ?

Yes, it should be. But you will need 2 such servers. Put the database on its own server. Ideally also put the database on a separate physical disk to the operating system.
