Is that possible that I can add some customized attribute fields for each customer record. I have big different type of customers, their occupations are from government, college, industry to private office. They are quite different, even on the phone, we are talking in different ways. I like to send out different marketing emails based on their occupations.
I like to preset a drop down list of occupations, then the new customers do their registration, just just need to pickup one of the occupations.
