This site was done using a custom theme from 775 Technology as well as and the Search Rank functionality to better control search results on the site. We used the Nop-Templates.com Ultimate Plugin Collection which add filtering functionality during product browsing, slider and carousel functionality on the homepage, and ribbons to highlight products such as products with free shipping. We also used the Shipping Director plugin for supporting the shipping policies.
We still need to spruce it up with more product specials and such but it's a good start and shows a lot of functionality with cross sell and related products.
