ACL Customer Role in 3.20

Hi,
I am migrating from 3.1 to 3.2 and I am having a problem. In 3.10 I have, in ACL settings, the "Admin area. Manage Customer Roles" option that I can delegate for only few people to change the customer role. In 3.20, I am looking for the same option in the ACL settings but I can´t find it.. In 3.20, all users that have "Admin Area Manage Customers" can change the Customer role and it´s a problem for our webstore administration. How can I assign to an user the Manage Customers rights without it change the Customer role, as in 3.10?
