How to change home page Featured Product - NopCommerce v3.30?

Problem

Category : Computers >> Notebooks (Is featured product? Set as No) But HP Pavilion Artist Edition DV2890NR 14.1-Inch Laptop Under the Category : Computers >> Notebooks, display as featured product.

So until I unchecked the Published: option of "H**P Pavilion Artist Edition DV2890NR 14.1-Inch Laptop**" it was still showing as featured product.

I tried to stop display default Feature product in Home Page, and want to display New Set of Products as Feature Products ?

Unable to Understand How to do that from NopCommerce Admin Panel

Featured products on home page are determined by a Product's "Show on home page".
Featured products on a category page are determined by Product Category mapping.  Use either the Category's Products tab, or the Product's Category mapping tab, and set "Is featured product"

As I already said, that

Category : Computers >> Notebooks (Is featured product? Set as No)
But HP Pavilion Artist Edition DV2890NR 14.1-Inch Laptop Under the Category : Computers >> Notebooks, display as featured product.

Is featured product? Set as No at Category Level,  Not reflecting any affects on featured Products display.

So "Product's Category mapping tab, and set "Is featured product" not affecting original featured product display

Category Details - Apparels --> Custom T-Shirt , 50's Rockabilly Polka Dot Top JR Plus Size , Levi's Skinny 511 Jeans

Is featured product?  Set as True (Display Order: 1, 2, 3)

But it is not reflecting in featured product section.
