Special admin role

I want an admin roles to look for order or manage order, but when I remove manage product from the acl access list under setting, the user have this error message:

We're sorry, an internal error occurred.

Our supporting staff has been notified of this error and will address the issue shortly.

We apologize for the inconvenience.....

How can I fix that, i dont want the user to be able to change price or change a description.

Which one do you need I have 3 of them under system log, I just did it at 2:18:

Update!!

Its only the dashboard that dont work when I remove access to the product for admin. When I type directly an admin page that the user have access it work.

Please how can I go over this?
