Product life span

Hello,

I am looking to utilize Nopcommerce in an e-commerce website that offers memberships to users.  One of the functions I require is the ability to sell a membership product to a user for a allotted period of time. e.g. 1 year.

I would therefore need to set up a product that upon point of purchase is sold to the user for 1 year and then after that year becomes available for re-purchase or can be returned to the 'pool' of products to be sold to a new customer.

Could you please let em know if this kind of product set up is possible within NopCommerce

Have a look at "Recurring Products"

Also check the feature in product details to assign a customer role when customer purchases a product (membership). But you will have to custom code to eliminate that role  if the membership is not renewed.
