I was uploaded nopcommerce 3.4 to production environment. It's 2 shops (multi). And look to memory usage :)

It's also not clear where a nopCommerce process is on your screenshot. There are 7 w3wp.exe processes launched

  on screenshot you can see PID 5608 and it's nopcommerce 3.4

It's hard to say anything without debugging of your code an database. But I can say that nopCommerce 3.40 requires about 150-200MB out of the box. It has relly greay momery enhancements.
