Can nop be installed/tested on local server

Hi,

Would somebody mind me telling, whether nop can be installed on local system instead of running it on a host?

yes, can be done the same way as on host (you need the web server/SQL environment and configure it though)

yes it can be installed locally if you have

1.) IIS Server installed
2.) .Net Framework installed
3.) SQL Server installed
