Exporting and importing Data

Is there a way to export and import data from one server to another?  Can I get all the information.

Can you describe a bit more what you are trying to acheive?  Are you taking your site from development to production? Because you could just backup your database locally and then restore on the production server.  Please explain a bit more.

I want to move my code from one server to another.  My other problem is doing the install for the new server I am getting an error:

I am running Windows 7 64 bit, and all updates for 2008 visual studio and I have php installed on my d: drive using WAMPP.  I am getting the following error:  

Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\IUSR'.
