I am using iHost. iHost.Net supports PayPal Payments Pro and its easy to configure. Their rates start at $14.95 so it's affordable. I've had good luck with them. You can visit iHost at http://www.ihost.net/.

What plugin do I need to install to take Paypal Payments Pro on NOPCommerce 3.50? I cannot find it on the NOPCommerce website

I found it! It shows as Credit Card under the plugins.
