Task Running in wrong time

A scheduled task is running at random. Not considering the "Last success date". The value for "Seconds (run period)" is set to 86400.
When the task runs it creates an information log called "Data import started" and another log called "Data import Completed".

As per the log the process run at 6/30/2017 11:05:10 PM and then expected to run after 24hrs but it ran in 23hrs. The third run was 30hrs from the second run. The server and the site was online all the time.
Any idea what might be causing the issue?
