maybe it's on backorder, maybe it's in a second warehouse, maybe you are doing dropshipping.
it's important for your business to show the exact delais, before the costumer is placing an order.

It's definitely not a back order. It seems to always be items recently out of stock and discontinued. Maybe it is considered espionage or fraud? It causes extra time looking into product availability (including phone calls) and canceling order.

We thought of doing that, however we are concerned it could be an ISP router's IP and could block a group of users instead of just one person.
