Solved - HELP: Paypal Standard

hi, i setup my store to have only one payment method - Paypal Standard.  Filled out everything in the fields, and set it as Active.  When i tested the site and check out an item, on the select payment screen, it shows "No payment methods available"
could someone please tell me what to do? the original setup was working just fine, i did removed the pay by credit card, money order options...etc., and leave only the Paypal Standard active.

are you running locally or on the server ?

to use paypal account whether it is paypal standard or paypal express or direct, it need to  sandbox account to test paypal checkout

did you create sandbox account to test ?

Go to Admin section > Configuration > Payment > Payment Methods

Select Paypal Standard, Click on "Edit"

Check the checkbox "Avtive"

Now at the top BELOW the main menu you will see this \

" Edit payment method Edit payment method (back to payment methods list) "

below this you will see Second TAB "Configuration" , Click on that

Now on the Configuration Area, scroll down

You need to FILL OUT these credentials:

Use Sandbox:     (Make sure this is ACTIVE)
Business Email:   
PTI Identity Token:   
Additional fee [USD]:

You can get this information from your paypal account
