Is this Plugin available to do credit card CVV2 verification and shipping address verification

New to nopcommerce and Elavon Converge payment gateway.  I also interested in this plugin for my company is starting up a nopcommerce for online shop which is using decided to use ELAVON CONVERGE as the gateway.  

Just wonder, what is the use for Credit card CVV2 verification and shipping address verification?  We just have a small shop to sell products online and receive payment with it.  What do I need to know about this?
