Hi, ive noticed if i delete a customers account and they attempt to re-register under the same email address your shopping cart tells them that there email address is in use, even though the account has been deleted. also is password recovery buggy?(im not recieving an email regarding resetting a forgotten password. It would also be helpful if a checkbox was added during checkout which would prefill shipping details if they were the same as customer details, (i feel it would be annoying for the customer to fill out identical details twice), any chance in a later version of adding radio buttons for 'text' or 'html' emails for 'send to friend' that would say send picture or product with text or just text. 1) It's required for order history. 2) Password recovery is not buggy. Have you specified email server settings? (Go to Configuration, then Common settings) 3) Shipping and billing addresses are saved during checkout. But billing address is not the same as shipping address.
so if a customer is deleted they have to register under a different email address?
regarding shipping details what if the customer details are the same as the shipping details, do you not think to have the option of say a checkbox that prefills in the shipping details with the customer details would be good addition? im sure if a customer had to fill out there personal details twice they would be rather annoyed.
