English language pack for 1.5 doesn't include complete resource string

It seems that english language pack for nopCommerce1.5 does not have complete resource string.

Also I tried the "Export To XML" function.
(Menu) Configuration >> Location >> Language >> Edit >> "Export To XML"
The exported XML file doesn't have all resource strings.

The language pack for "v.1.4" has all resource string.

I need to download or export english language pack1.5
that has full resource string for localizing nopCommerce.
Is this a bug  ?

I have checked two english language pack using Visual Studio 2010RC.
Although ResourceStrings.xml file (for v1.4) has 10655 lines,
language_english.xml file (for v1.5) has only 187 lines.

Also , I have checked "ContentManagement >> Localization >> English" on nopCommerce1.5.
Many resource strings is displayed in this page.
However most resource string was not exported when I executed "Export To XML".
