How To Process Return Request

Hi Team,

I am new to nop, I liked this platform and want to use it in my very first eCommerce application.

I am testing its functionality since 2 weeks and a bit confuse about how it manage the return request.

We have UI for return request but have no idea abut how should the Inventory & Order Total should be processed if a user ask for the refund.

Should I manually make changes to the order?

Please help.

Hi Krunal,

Customer created a new order and added 3 products in that, after order fulfillment customer return one of the product back and asked for refund.

Now my question is that how will I manage that in admin area.

I have refunded the amount to the customer and added product again to my inventory but what about the Order (it is still showing 3 Items and total (50*3 = 150) and total profit according to it).
