Confirm * appear on Shopping Cart and checkout time

Please help

After adding product in cart when i click on check out "Please select Confirm" msg appear on header where there is not any control appear to select near "Confirm * "

on cart is there any checkout attribute is showing ??

check your admin system that is there any checkout attribute is configured ??

if so make sure that you have set it as not required.
