When I step through the check out process, I get an error, "Shipping not Allowed" at the shipping step and and cannot go any further. I have two shipping methods active, shipping authorized to the country, and shipping by weight and free shipping enabled.
I had checked USA under shipping methods thinking that it enabled shipping, but it is the reverse. Checking a country restricts shipping. I didn't pay close enough attention to the title of that table.
