SMS plugin

Hope you are well.
I am creating online store for indian market. I need a SMS plugin to send messages to customer's mobile number.
I found few sms plugin in "All Plugins And Themes Directory" page. I want to know will these plugin able to send sms in indian countries mobile number. And which plugin is the best for this purpose.

Generally the plugins should all have the same structure, they all implement the same interface, with the same methods, and in the backend the probably call the SMS Service providers' API.

What you are interested in the first place is to find the SMS Service provider that you would like to use for India, and then search for a plugin that is built for that provider.
