I have seen these plugins before creating this topic. I am looking for some plugin that would allow me to customize the fields in checkout. I do not need shipping & payment methods, addresses, etc... I need just a few fiels in there.. There would be few fields that customer would complete and submit. All data would be sent to my e-mail address.
