Okey is goog idea for google verify the site

But if you need add more metatags in my home page for example:

<META NAME="Autor" content=""/>
<meta name="googlebot" content="follow,index"/>
<meta property='og:locale' content=''/>
<meta property='og:title' content=''/>



my question how me ca add it in my default page or home page?
