What r your thoughts on this editor?

I Like it, i am using it in one of my applications and it works really well. It has a asset manager that can control your image upload and manage your images. It does cost but I would be willing to help out with a donation if NOP team would consider using this one.

Any thought.....

Looks good, i guess it has got some additional features as compared to Fckeditor

interesting - that would be a one off price for the whole nopcommerce project - ie purchased (1 time )by nopcommerce and released  to the community ?

yep - one price and can add it. It really does work well.
