Error when open admin page - The required anti-forgery cookie "__RequestVerificationToken" is not present

Hi,
I just installed nopcommerce 3.7.
After finished, i go to administration page, the error happened.
Here are the error message that inserted in table "Log":

The required anti-forgery cookie "__RequestVerificationToken" is not present.  http://localhost:15536/admin/common/popularsearchtermsreport

Press cntrl+f5 for few times. It happens first time after installing new version sometimes. I face it in 3.6
