Problems with Endicia plug-in.

Thanks Nop Team for a great product. I'm hoping someone else has run into this issue. If this is not the correct forum for this question, please redirect me.

I've installed the Endicia Shipping plug in, it correctly estimates a shipping cost for the customer. However when I try to use the Shipping Labels to create a label I get:

Unable to retrieve Domestic label number: A database error has occured in UpdateLabelNumberTable (8115). Arithmetic overflow error converting IDENTITY to data type int. Error encountered (Log ID: 48532)

In the Logs The Error looks like this:
