I just tested with test email in nopCommerce it self and it is working. But when customer are placing order and for that email it is throwing error.

Have you tested it with same domain email or other domain email?

Still configuration is same i didn't change anything.

I wanted to ask that, are you sending email to your domain email address when it is working and other domain email address when it is not working?

For example,

[email protected] to [email protected] is working

and

[email protected] to [email protected] is not working

Right?

[b][/b]I am new to nopCommerce and I am facing same problem in configuring Email Account in my store. I have go through lot of posts and blogs to solve my problem. but I didn't find any thing help full to me. Some one please help me to solve my problem.

I am sharing with you all details of my store.

Possword - admin123

Email Account details which I have set....

Email address - [email protected]

Email display name - Chirag Panchal

Host - agenda360.in

Port - 25

User - [email protected]

Password - Admin@123  

SSL - Un-checked

Use default credentials  - Un-checked

Please note :- when i try to send test mail to [email protected] mail send successfully. but when I try to send mail to any other email I am getting error.

Yours test email functionality also not working but mine email test is working other mail like order placed, paid are not working.

Hello Chirag,

Please check now it is working. I have tested with a test email as well. All you had to do is to change your host as mail.agenda360.in instead of agenda360.in

Kindly change your credentials for shop and email

This solution worked for me.  Deleted the old one and didn't need to restart.
