How to add more email account to receive enquiries

Hi all

I have a problem with adding email account. The situation is that:
when a customer fill the enquiry form in the contact us page, the content of this form will be sent to the owner of this website. For my case, we need more staff to receive the enquiry information instead of only one owner.

Could I add more email accounts as the receiver and where could I add?

You can always configure your mailbox (i.e. the email address where you are receiving the requests from the contact us page). Simply configure that mailbox to forward the email to all the recipients that you want.

You can easily do this in the control panel of your hosting account (or however you manage your domain mailboxes).

The situation is that I don't have access to the default email account which belonged to my boss
