Message Template - Email Account setting

Email Accounts I've setup: Email A (default email account) and Email B
I've set a message template to use Email B in the 'Email account' drop-down. The help text indicates this will be used as the from email.

I tested the email and the from address is from Email A. I want the from email to be from Email B

Any ideas why this is not working?

Seems like you have multi-language store and change email account only on the Standard localized tab. Change it on the other tabs too.
