widget plugin product comments with customer care in admin mode

Have you ever think about comment and customer care in product page
Mean that:
when customer comment into a product
The staff can see and reply them intermediately

This is very first version.
Full source code can download link bellow.
I will try to make this idea better.

Hi, this is really a good idea. We have also developed same kind of plugin which will allowing customers to ask questions to vendors or store owners and even their questions will be sent to customers who has purchased that product. Hope this plugin will help store owners to get ride of contact us mails and calls.
We will be releasing it soon (probably next week)  !!

Realtime comment, live chating. Each comment will created channel and all replies for this comment as chat
develop base on signalr and pubsub in memory no use external services.
